Customization usually requires, compared to the normal shipping times which you can consult here, 1-2 additional working days which allow the creation of your personalized item.

No, it is not possible to purchase a personalized product on delivery, but it is possible to purchase it through the other payment methods available on our site and which you can consult here.

Since this is a unique and exclusive personalization of an item, it is not possible to make your product personalized after receipt.

Returns can be made using:

• Our CoccoleBimbi courier service: in this case, in addition to the return shipping cost, a fixed fee of USD 12 will always be added to cover customs clearance charges.

If $25 shipping was applied at the time of purchase and the total value of the retained items (after return) falls below the minimum threshold ($99) indicated on the ""Shipping"" page, an additional $10 will be deducted to be paid by the customer.

It is possible to replace an item as long as this is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Yes. If you are not satisfied with one or more gifts received, unworn items can be returned in exchange for a voucher of the same value as the returned item or exchanged for items of equal value.

Return shipping costs are covered by CoccoleBimbi for orders over €79 VAT included, provided that the remaining order amount, after deducting the returned items, is still over €79.
In case of a full return of the order, or if the value of the items kept is less than €79, the return cost will be €5.
If the order benefited from free shipping and the value of the products kept is less than €79, the original shipping cost of €6 will also be charged.
